
Gold Digger, No Sound???

Hi
A friend has a fruit machine and suddenly it the sound has stopped, we have checked the sound level with the refill key (adusting sound) but still no sound.
any ideas guys???

is this the bellfruit cabinet???
if so then just double check that one of the leads on the speaker hasn't come off(the speaker may be behind a metal plate.

yeah it is a BF cabinet, his dad re-programmed it apparently? and it comes up with "sound memory fault" is it possibly the motherboard???

Unlucky. Maybe he could try reprogramming it again and not cock it up this time?!

it will be the sound card or the chips that his dad has buggered if he has just "reprogrammed" the machine.try to find out what exactly he did by "reprogramming".
not a wise thing to do if you are not within the business.
he may also just have put new program chips in upside down,ther is a little notch on the chips that corresponds with the outline of the chips on the sound card.
