Have you even bothered to look for it in the Downloads section? If it isn't there, then the answer is probably no.

Have you tried going into Options and setting it to £25 jackpot? This may well work, depending upon which version of the machine you are playing. If not, then there is an identical game called Thunderbirds, and the £25 ROMs are available for this.
NOTE - There are TWO JPM Thunderbirds games, so check which one it is before you download it!
