There was a recient thread that got very out of hand with a few members where to be honest they got well out of order with threats made in the forums.
I was at fault as a Moderator in not stopping the Thread at a certain point, but I wanted the person who had threats made to them have a chance to reply, the thread as I see now then got silly with others having their say--and to be honest I didn't bother following it as Ebay threads again gets a bit boring.
The Forum Rules clearly state that others will be respected....this by far wasn't the case in this thread....Having read it fully I can't really see what the problem with the seller was anyway, it was a legitimate Disc as I see it.
Every week we see a thread.........Ebay this and Ebay that........Is that really a topic?, personally I don't think they are. We know they exist--end of...and in any case this wasn't One of them.

Can we ALL agree from this moment on there are NO more of these threads Ebay or the like created................and especially personal comments made to ANYBODY--a member or not.
The rules are stated on respect and I will ban anybody who again threatens Violence in any way or form.

good plan ady m8. This ebay stuff has been boring me since the start tbh. And it seems no matter how many times this thread comes up people dont get bored of moaning about it.
Im suprised people still havnt realised that theres not much they can do about it anyway.
Another thing that gets me is alot of the people i see posting on this subject have never even done a layout or anything anyway. Im sure at the end of the day they dont care about the fact that its happening at all... they just post in the thread to 'go along with the crowd'.

In case you weren't aware Ady, it wasn't the fact the disc was or wasn't 'legitimate', it was the fact he claimed that all other layouts were rubbish, apart from the one he was selling which he hadn't even made. He also claimed to be a moderator on here.
As such I still stand by the fact that if I found his address I would have him bombarded with gay pr0n for a laugh.

Ignore the pm I just sent you, didnt see this thread beforehand and ill also ignore any future threads about this subject but I doubt you will stop em.....
....... its the same situation as the MPU5 fiasco, new person joins who has not seen the trouble it can cause by posting such threads.
Anyway im not letting what was said to me yesterday drop he has opened a can o' worms and I WILL not let it drop but I wont involve the forums
