I have been offered a JPM Hi Roller machine through a friend and have no idea what it's worth....(Neither does the man who has it he has inherited it as such)

It's a £15.00 j/p with the grapics to change it to £8.00 & £5.00 j/p

There is 2 keys for the top section and a refill key but no key for the bottom cash door (will need drilling and replacing)

It all appears to be working as it should and would give it a 7.5/10 for condition (few scratches etc.)

Any ideas ??

Cheers

Hi Aran :)

Fruit machines have no price tag on them.. they are literally worth whatever someone is prepared to pay for them.

Before this scene began and rekindled people's passions (and reminded them of course) MPU3 machines were worth nothing.. literally people would pay you to remove them.

However, with the birth of the FME scene and with reminders of these machines we had long forgotten about they are now worth anywhere in the range of the hundreds to thousands of pounds.

More modern machines usually sell (on the realistic side of the fence) for around 80 quid, no more than 300 (for a machine within a year old) but then that's for a desirable one.

I dunno, I would offer no more than 80 and start the offer at 40 quid, my most recent purchase of a money to burn AWP (1998 scorpion 4) set me back 45 quid.

I would have said £60, but definitely no more than £80. Although as you probably won't have to pay delivery might go to the £80. Offer him a £5 first see if he accepts that though..

Thanks for the replies...

It's amazing that these machines are worth so little once the have done their tour of duty..

The cost around £2,500 new then 12months later they can be brought for £3-400 :) then two years old they are £100 !!

I will go in low on the bid once everything has been sorted out... I don't want the machine as I have run out of room for anymore will so it will probably be offered out for what I pay for it (otherwise I will strip it for parts and scrap the rest which seems a terrible shame)

Cheers
Aran
