I am 32 now and it's not so bad.. I do have a few problems with my arthritis and can't type very fast but apart from that.. and not hearing as well.. I'm fine.. Oh and my eyes are going.. But apart from that.. 30's nothing.. It's young.. Just like me.. Oh and I now wear incontenence pants.. But it's cool.. And I'm going bald and grey and .. yes but 30's a good age.. I remember dancing at the whist drive after my bingo and domino's on my 30th..

You'd be surprised, one of my uncles had fully grey hair at the age of 16, and I've quite a bit and I'm 20 - but I keep my hair so short it isn't that noticable
