to report 1 to ebay u gotta report them all spikey, i'm affraid its a no win battle, there are more and more people selling um and ebay are not bothered coz there gedding there fee's out of it

Personally I see nothing wrong with that or is he selling the emulators?? I'm confused.

i think they provide a service. i bought a dvd for 1.99 with every machine fully upto date.how many hours would that of took me. as long as they dont charge a fortune then you might as well let em go...

its the issue of them charging for somebody elses work thats unfair, some people have found this site through these DVD's and if they are only charging for the media and postage then ok but charging extra is out of order.

you say fully up to date? obviously you mean that it has those machines available there and nothing recent

Ah I see..... That's pretty poor isn't it. So they just take someone elses layouts and roms, put it all on a dvd/cd and sell it? That's scandlas. I just thought they were actually selling fruit machines not the emulations.

no it was very profesionally produced. all sorted by date and manu. and when i bought it it was bang upto date.all in there folders..with an installer from a front end i have never seen.. also had all the simulators on it. and gave all docs and credits to the various sites were they could be downloaded. also had the usual cheat docs and a bit of mame and a few other things. well worth the 1.99 inc del. and apparently i found out the guy is an active member on here.. mentioned one or 2 names of members. and a couple from another. and before you ask.. no i dont know his name

thats not really the point m8, we all make these layouts and emulators etc and the work which is put into them is really not understood by alot of poeple.
None of us get payed to do this we just do because we enjoy it and so people can come here and download all the layouts for free.

Someone who just comes here and downloads all the layouts and then whacks them onto cd and sells them off for profit and trying to pass it off as thier own work ( because as far as i know they dont mention a thanks to fruit-emu and all the people who have put hard work into creating them and getting resourses) is just bang out of order.

it may presentated all nicely on the cd but tbh m8 that will take about 10 mins to do, just one DX layout can take a few weeks, let alone the classic that the dx has been based on and all the other hard work getting the resourses etc before that.

as jimmy said if they were just selling it for the price of the cd and p+p and all the people who put the hard work in where mentioned then it wouldnt be so bad, but as far as ebay listings of this go i cant see that ever happening.
