Sounds like a Bandwidth Overload to me, but then, he doesnt host many files anymore does he? I haven't checked the place out in a while but as I understood it, the site was a showcase for Pook layouts only - I'm probably wrong.
In which case it probably has bugger all to do with bandwidth. I only brought it up because thats the error you get on Yahoo Groups that have exceeded Bandwidth usage.

DX'cellent is hosted on the same server as Fruit-Emu so its neither a server or bandwidth problem. I'll try and get hold of Pook and see if it's intentional (site update) or a mistake.
