It still dosen't let me on there.

It's been moved to the new server with FE. If you can't see it yet it will be because the DNS hasn't changed at your ISP yet.

DNS is Domain Name Server and is what converted the domain, ie, dead-world.net into an IP address to connect to the correct server.
ISP is Internet Service Provider, like AOL or Wanadoo.
Each ISP has its own DNS servers which you connect to. Because of the amount of data these servers hold they only update periodically and not constantly. Therefore you have to wait for the next update.
If you can't wait then you can edit your HOSTS file found on your PC in C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32DRIVERSETC and add the line :
69.16.206.25 www.dead-world.net
If the file doesn't exit then just create it with the above text in it.

The site's DNS will normally update within 24hours, although sometimes it can take up to 48hours. You will not need to do anything besides twiddling your thumbs while the changes take place... Or creating/editing the file Duplu mentioned in his post.
