Are there dx layouts + roms for the mentioned machines?
Also is there any dx layouts for gladiators or noels house party?
I know its alot to ask but could u let me know if they exist + where i am likely to find them

gladiators and house party (noels) yes they are in the downloads section

There are no DX's for Gladiators or Noels House Party at the moment, although Gladiators at least appears to be on the way now.
I think M1Adness posted here before saying they were trying to get hold of Noels for a DX.
