I'm not knocking the layout as such. Just pointing out that what you are doing is more realistically just a quick modification. As I said earlier, how about designing a picture for the cab that ties in with the layout itself. Then DX that?
I don't care at all what you do with any classic layout wether mine, unclechicken's or anyone elses for that matter. My point here is that we have had people who have simply taken a classic layout, moved some lamps at a total cost of about 2 minutes in time, only for them to release it as something they have created and then to wallow in undeserved appreciation. I don't recall them getting a pat on the back to be truthful.
But rather than creating any agro over it, which really isn't what I'm trying to do, I was simply suggesting that maybe you do a little more with it and maybe create a DX. Because no art exists, why not create the art yourself and fit that into your added cabinet? I thought it would have been fun to sort of 'create' a machine or rather a clone of it.
It's been done before and in some cases, to spectacular effect.
