Y cant red gaming machines e.g Vamp it up,X Red be emulated?

Because they use the MPU5 technology and there is no emulator currently available to run them.

Thats not to say that it would be impossible to make an emulator for them, it just means it has not been done yet.

Also, FME is about preserving older machines and not giving players an edge on brand new games.

It never will be either as red gaming use their own characteriser chip.

So Id forget it :)

I think RED gamings games are good to play if you are only risking around £5 you can either get a good game with 5-15 pound win or nothing, not even a feature.

They are the only new machines I will touch when I am in the pub.

Red Gaming have never made a machine called Vamp It Up, whereas Barcrest have. Try not to abbreviate Why with Y, it gets on my mantits :p

For X Red I assume you mean X-Rated or Red-X, both of which are also MPU5 an unemulatable.

As far as Barcrest/Vivid/Red Gaming go, *NOTHING* after 1996 is emulatable. We are talking almost 10 years ago :)
