Can NE1 help cos this is what i get if i try to run NE roms. i also get invalid layout and dont know how to fix this can someone plz help me.

bit more info needed, like have you downloaded any of the emulators for the roms, if so what emu are you trying to run the rom in and which rom is it
etc etc

i got this on mfmev2 aswell so i just exited went back into it and never got it again

As said above this may happen on occassions.
Re your other problem.....you are trying to download a layout with the wrong Emulator.
On the homepage you will find some help files on running you first Emulation.

I get a few errors sometimes i Just reload mfme and its usually fine.
