Hello, I was wondering if there is a site/place where you can find the sound effects such a nudges, hold reels etc etc. Its for a college project and would be really grateful!

This does not work for the synth based machines like eachway nudger or bar x. If you press Alt plus A, you can view the samples window in the game. So if you're interested in let's say the nudge hold samples for fightnight maygay, open the game and follow these instructions. If you want effects, press Alt T instead, or use the sounds in default sounds and you'll see them all there as wav files. Hope this helps.

No problems! I discovered this samples window by accident. I believe if you need to take the nudge/hold samples or whatever you need by clicking the save all option in the samples window. I'd be careful of copywrite though, like if you used a barcrest rainbow riches sound in a project, people may recognise it.
