I wonder... when drug dealers go to court do they complain about the lost jobs in their supply chain?

Bookies have been warned about trying to get around the new rules. Of course though if there are loopholes in the rules/law, than there is nothing a determined bookie to use them.

The trouble is that people aren't going to mass boycott them, because a lot of people won't agree with the new rules anyway, as many don't see they have a gambling problem. A lot of people still only gamble on the horses/dogs/football etc and don't touch the machines.

if you ask me its a `fruit machine` pre-gamble, that has a roulette feature. the title `half spin time to get around the law` is complete bollox, despite actually being the outcome. its not something they did per se. its more the outcome if a £2 spin on a cat. b2 machine.

its been tried and tested on cat c. by astra/bellfruit before; with an equally shite response from the consumer.

basically what you have is a means to still do £2-£50 on the roulette, but the time has been double. if your the type of guy who likes £13.80 on a number, the pre-gamble wont bother you as its still roulette odds.
