Hi
My machine was unplugged for a period of time, switched on & now I have error codes, hopper np a3 have tried taking it out turning upside down but no joy, can anyone help please?

Turn hopper upside down and boot machine fully, then turn it back around correct way and re-boot. That should do it.

On the mech turn on dip 6(led should turn orange). Boot machine fully till "read meters" turn off dip 6 and re-boot machine from the mains
