Hi

 

I have recently purchased this machine and have a call manager error. Its asking for £4 to be added which makes sense but the refill key just spins in its lock instead of turning.

 

Does anyone have nay advice on how i can rectify this?

If you can access the back of the refill lock you can join the wires together to make it work.
