Thanks to Richie for putting me on to this.
A quick story
When i phoned the seller he told me that there was a crack in the lower glass and at this point i was going to pass on it but with glass reproduction on the horizon i though its worth a punt as this machine is on my top 5 most wanted list.
Also the bloke said it worked but then phoned me the day before i was about to drive to Portsmouth and said he tried it and it no longer works.(i had a quick think and decided to go for it)
When i arrived he told me he has had this for 20 years but as the kids have now flown the nest he was about to skip it until one of his sons got wind that people will pay good money for them and told him to sell it.(he was after more than i was prepared to pay as he said just change the glass and only realized the artwork was stamped on the underside of the glass the he accepted my offer)not bad saying he was going to skip it 
This is going to be a big challenge but the machine is in decent condition and cabinet wise it just need slight work on the lower frame.
So this machine
Was about to be skipped
has a crack in the glass
doesn't boot
and has had the odd botch job
needs bits of cabinet work
Then lets get it back to its former glory as is should be in the skip by now

<< Looks ok and just needs elbow grease
<< Top Glass is good
<< The big job that instance automatics will be having a go at
If anyone has a lower glass for sale let me know and i will pay a good price
As said before this is one of my major targets and this project could take a while
