So many thanks to Vectra666 for his help with getting project amber v1 up and running on my laptop.  But there is something weird about 3 games that I run on this emulator.  The old monopoly deluxe, coronation street and eastenders all spin upwards instead of down.  Not only that, there is no correct winline.   As regards to Aladdin's cave, well that just does not work.  It says I have the sound roms, but the program roms are missing and it's this site that I downloaded the roms from.  If anyone can provide an explanation or any help into solving these issues, would be grateful.  Thank you from K.S, as Aladdin's Cave is becoming rather Grrrrr!!! now, and it's been a week trying to get it to work.... wanna have a go at this one.....

Ok Vectra, thanks again. I will give it a whirl, and pm you the result.  Can you give any insight into why eastenders etc is spinning backwards with no real detectable winline.  Defo not the win line on the glass....weird??

Same here with me , Eastenders going backwards and no win line , I have had it working properly but not sure what I did to make it work like it should

Reel jumpers or a setting not correct in the reel settings. Not on lappy till later I look then at my Amber on lappy

The reels need to be set the correct way.  It sounds to me like they adjusted when the emulator got updated.  Make sure 'Reverse' isn't checked in the reel settings for all the reels that are going the wrong way.  Look in edit mode to change the settings.  You'll also need to adjust the 'Offset' numbers on all the reels that are out-of-line.  Just adjust them by one number, and look at the changes.

All depends on which version of Amber you're running.   Early version of Amber had issues with some layouts like this which were corrected in later revisions.

not tested monopoly but eastenders runs perfectly on my lappy maybe its to do with the windows systems on your pc???

Hi Vectra , I have done what you have said and it seems to have corrected the problem , Thank you , however the reel images have gone now (see photo) any ideas please .Thank you Craig.
