Hi Nails,
Couple of points -
1) The threads were bordering on being warez related, due to the Sheraza or whatever you call it mentioned, and
2) You really shouldn't post open ports in a forum!
I've edited out the ports mentioned as I don't think thats something you should make people aware of.

i dont think that pink floyd cover work is warez related, and i think that `boring` is your point of view only
but thank you for sorting the issue. i will be more carefull as to what `any topic` actually relates too...

Boring? I said bordering, in that KaZaA for example is used by about 0.0001% of users for something other than piracy, so a question on KaZaA will more likely than not be a Warez question.
Anyway, I'll leave this thread here.
Have you tried googling for a term like ' Shareaza Router ', you might find P2P forums which will help you - in fact, I've just done so and there appears to be a fair bit of info on the matter
I'm sorry if it seemed 'heavy handed', I'd just hate to see this forum go the way of FF, where theres too much open discussion of where to get software cracks, how to use P2P, that kind of thing.

Hiya Nails,
I have the same router as you, and the problem will lie within your port forwarding... Goto 192.168.2.1 on your browser, click on submit, then go to application gateways. From here, stick in the Shareaza port numbers, and then click on Virtual Servers. Whatever ip address your pc has, stick it in LAN Ip address, and put Shareaza's port numbers into LAN port and Public Port.
Next (!) click on DMZ and ensure this is DISABLED.
Should all now work.
Hope that helps!

The other thing I am confused with, is... Bencrest mentioned that open ports shouldn't really be mentioned on a forum. A quick google with "Shareaza Port Numbers" reveals which ports need to be used anyway. Or did you mean something else Bencrest?
Not arguing, just intrigued as to why something so easy to find, should be disallowed in here.
Cheers all!
