Not sure if repair will be possible.. it's my first time at this!
Main issues I was having with my machine is a non-functioning hopper (tried a new unit and still no luck, so I figure probably PCB related), and a non-functioning alpha display (clear damage to the PCB under the battery, which I believe is what runs the display).
I've removed the battery and given the board a clean with some dilute soap and water which I cleaned off with more water and have dried with a spare hairdryer, and then left to dry completely in my airing cupboard.
The finished results are in the images.
What are my chances of success, and if success is possible, what does it look like I'll need to do?
All opinions welcome, though the less sarcastic the better
