Hi Guys,
I'm hoping some of you clever people can point me in the right direction with a note acceptor issue I have.
I've got a change machine (for changing notes to coins) however it does not work. The hopper seems ok, and the small PCB looks fine, but the note acceptor is not accepting notes.
When I switch on, it whirrs for a while (as if it is trying to unjam itself) but then when it stops, if I try and put in a note it does nothing at all - it is like it does not even know it is there. No noise, it doesn't try to pull it in etc, nothing.
I'm not sure of the make or model of the note acceptor, and am hoping someone can help ID it for me. I've attached some pics.
Also, if anyone knows anything I could try to get this working, or even where I could get a replacement, it would be very much appreciates!
I know this isn't strictly fruit machines, but hopefully you wont mind me picking your brains
