Hi Forum

 

I have recently purchased a take it or leave it crazy trails machine.

 

I have an issue as there is a note acceptor fitted but this does not light up or accept any notes? Does this need to be turned on??

 

Also when i win on the machine the winnings goes transfers to credit rather than paying out? How can i get it to pay out when i win?

 

Any help would be so much appreciated

hello mate 

 

first of all on this machine if you win smaller wins it always goes into credit rather than bank but you can collect at anytime.

 

regarding the note acceptor. what type of acceptor is it? if it is a nv10 then you just need to have the hopper reading more than £125 and then it should work.

 

if it is a jcm note acceptor then you need to put the machine into test and enter aa bnv code which will be the last 6 digits on the serial number on the side or back of the acceptor.
