How many different cloned machines are there

Too many to list surely - also there's a lot of clones which have slight differences - for example they might have the same feature board (lapper) but a different 'top' feature or 'super' feature :)

They're all clones of each other, Way too many to list.
Other questions machine firsts
What machine had extra lives, or mega streak or cashpots repeat chances on Jp etc first?
The more I do today, The less I do tomorrow.
