Have you pressed 0 (zero) on your keyboard?

hello hurtand165. Thanks for a super fast reply. Yes I have tried pressing 0 on the keyboard and all I get is an alarm and a 1.1 pound fault error. Tried altering the speed settings in configuration as well. No luck though

Hi,

I had the same problemo, I found that clicking either the refill or the reset tick box, puts the machine back to normal and allows the adding of credits. Hope this helps 8) , it might not work but it is worth a try.

..but they say they've changed the delays FM :)

What I would recommend is simply tapping the 0 key or the mouse button a little faster :)

You have to develop quite a fast click to stop the error :D

Always happy to help :)
