Hi, ive got a bell fruit machine called around the town, i brought it second hand last night. The man showed us it worked by plugging it straight into the mains (the machines was already switched on) once he had left, i switched it off via switch on machine before i unplugged from the mains. once we had moved it to the correct location we plugged it in, i then switched the switch on but the light flicked on then off and i got an electric shock, now its not working at all. Any ideas? could it be just the switch? or is it a big problem? any help will be much appreciated.

HELP! my bell fruit machine stopped working.

I would imagine you need a new power supply. Must be a short somewhere.. Probably blown some capacitors. Safest option 30 odd quid for a new power supply.

Sounds like something has come displaced during the journey (quite common).
If you open the back door you should see the motherboard, there should be 1 or 2 cards plugged into the motherboard. With the power turned off make sure all the cards and plugs are secur in their position.
I would advise using an RCD if you are getting electric shocks, just to be on the safe side.

Personally I would say this is a problem with the Power Supply. My advice would be to purchase a new Power Supply. Also, if you are experiencing electric shocks, like Guitar said, you should get an RCD. Here are links to both an RCD and a Power Supply:
Power Supply: http://www.ebay.co.u...S-/390535473901 (shop around, you might find cheaper options)
