I said I would had paid the £50 but only after he had scanned them in. I'm just proving even though I said I'd terminate my eBay account due to it reaching £100 (excluding postage) I did have enough funds to buy them all and could have bid against Samson's 10 auctions but choose not to

Well, I guess you've all the money now so their is no need for my contribution after you've uploaded the flyers.. Instruct the seller to remove the unpaid disputes as in theory I have sold them on to FME so the seller has his money.. Failing that I will resort to neggin' his account with 19 negative feedbacks for failing to answer my enquiries but for selling on my flyers. You've probably spawned him a load of shit to make me out to look a bad eBayer.

You are a clever little chap aren't you.

Maybe you should have asked they guy who was selling the flyers what was actually in the lots BEFORE bidding and winning....

Now, again you are whinging that you won't be paying for them or anything.

You won't be "neggin'" him at all, ebay won't allow it as YOU have not paid for the items, simple as that..... Ebay will more than likely close your account and block you from opening another one with the same address details etc etc.... This is also connected to Paypal so you may have difficulty using that as well...

So it looks like you have made a bit of a situation for yourself...

Do us all a favour mate and close your account here while you are at it eh..

People usually have a couple days to pay, He has contacted me once to ask if I was going to pay for the flyers which he already knows Samson was paying through his account. So I only assume Samson told him I was not paying. I asked him a final time to address my previous enquiries and he's failed to respond. I'm just saying encase he feels he has some type of right to mark my account as non payer or retracted bids etc etc that I have permitted the sale of the flyers on to Samson & FME.

Once again, more bleeting....

If i was the seller i would not respond until you had paid.... Ebay will mark your account, trust me... You have no right to permit the sale of the flyers on to Samson & FME, they aren't yours to do this with as you have not paid the seller for them....

I tried to send guitar pics of mpu4 video board for research for amber, ended up having to upload them to depositfiles.

Couldn't upload pics of my red hot poker either in various stages of refurb lol.

But does upload from my phone but that's only 5mp.

This is how low brownbag is

Sent Today, 05:36 PM

Flipped the tables on your ass, paid seller in full £143.19 which leaves him little choice but to refund immediately or have 19 undelivered disputes as well as negative feedback.

You try to f*** me, than f*** my ebay account. Dude you know you lied throughout which is why this thing fell apart and try to make me out to be the bad guy

I tell you what's low, is you advising the seller filling him in with all kinds of crap. Do you think I care about online reputation, no as clearly that is you with your public display for charity support. You're the loser claiming to offer the seller £200's then failing to actually bid across many of the auctions. I don't care what you say. You would not have bought them.

I was the first member to gesture I would donate (Indirectly support your bids on eBay via money transfer). As previously shown in the last 30 minutes of auction end you had not placed bids on many of the auctions. Why would you place maximum bids across 16, lose 4 and then leave the other 13 till the last few minutes which would have not been achievable ?

Seller continues to fail to communicate, leaving 19 unpaid disputes on my account which I told you to instruct him to remove which he hasn't yet contacted me yesterday shortly after receiving your payment to claim he could not have counted the flyers as theirs over 400, So he is either like you and exaggerates & talks shit or he left aprox 150 flyers out as I only counted 250 flyers pictured in the auction images.

I have directed the seller to this thread, Since he has posted the flyers it should not negatively affect the outcome but he will see Samson talking bullshit about offering him £200

Not only was he talking shit about offering him £200. He wanted members to believe as if his contribution was greater then it actually was.. by having members believe we had paid any near that when he knew it would be £130 not £200. He was probably laughing when he thought he would get the entire bunch for just £20 but that's when I requested we went splits with the threat of terminating my eBay account.

Because you know it's true and you're still acting like a punk. My reasons are very valid yet played off as typical Brownbag. Tell me and the rest of us you did not offer the seller £200!

I guess we will find out from the seller just how much you was willing to pay and how much you was bargaining with him

I have locked this thread, I think all have had their say and some colours *shown.

(*Knowing one of the party what could we have expected!)

Samson1 and all who contributed to the buy..thank-you.

None of us expected to add to the fund, but we did...FME as it used to be.

Personally I hope that there are no requests for flyers from those that hid away from the thread.....if you do ask I hope they are given to you...but please have an ounce of guilt!

Now lets look forward.....bar the same member....(AGAIN!!)
