does anyone know of a way to remove the magnet in a coin mech for 1p slot machine ?

some work ok up to about 1992 then they get jammed in the mech as they started making the 1p's with different material.

Smash the magnets with screw driver & a hammer, protect eyes though.

Had the same problem with my aristocrat but it was easy to take out or I put duck tape over the magnet I agree with richy if all else fails

solved it, i cut the back off with a hacksaw and knocked the magnets out from the other side then glued the back on again and its perfect now
