i think with that machine you can only collect whatever space youve landed on i.e. if you land on plus 1 nudge you can only collect the nudges and if you land on plus winspins then you can only collect them
If i am wrong i am sure someone will correct me

as Jay said (after checking myself lol)
you only seem to be able to collect what you land on.
however, after getting boombastic I noticed I just had to wait til it timed out before it gave me something.
I think this machine should run exactly the same (or roughly) as Casino Crazy. I remember having this machine at work and there WERE buttons in all four corners, unfortunately with the "Button Array" only going up to 64 it'd take a lot of time and effort for someone to work out which buttons it actually used for them.
Maybe one day someone will correct this 'error'
Sorry

On the original Club Royal Flush, which ran in the JPM v1.45, you pressed "W" for winspins, "N" for nudges, "F" for features etc, and you could do this anytime whilst playing around the board.
On the new releases for JPM v1.46, this had been disabled on the layouts, which I noticed to my dismay.
If there is a layout for Club Royal Flush, that states it has been changed to play in the new JPM emulator, try d/ling that one, as it may be the original that ran on v1.45.
Edit: I have just typed in "Royal Flush" in the Downloads search, and there is a version from the old 1.45 emulator, that has been converted to say this at the side of the layout:
This file contains a DX Layout and the ROMs for Royal Flush Club. This layout was converted from a version 1.45 to 2.50.
Download this layout and you should be able to access the features during feature board game play.

ive just looked at the layout that Daryl suggested and Daryl is correct the buttons are on there. So here are the button numbers and lamp numbers for them(just taken straight off of the older layout)
Knock outs = button#33 lamp#81
Win Spins = button#34 lamp#86
Features = button#35 lamp#99
nudges = button#36 lamp#94
To apply these settings its much the same as MFME, go into edit mode (ctrl+e), right click on background, select button, right click on the button and goto properties and fill in the numbers, repeat for all four buttons and hey presto you can now collect when you want
