Here is Break The Spell by Mazooma set on 20p play £15 Jackpot.

There were no images for this machine so I have done it to what I thought it might look like.

Many thanks for this, I appreciate how hard it is doing a classic from scratch - it's worse when it's a hi-tech, and even harder when you do it blind as you've done here! 

 

Having had a quick play, it's an unusual machine, I quite like it

 

I think one of the hi-lo values might be wrong, pretty sure I went higher than a 3 and got a 4 which lost, but that might also have been me pressing the wrong button

 

I wonder if this failed test - I never saw one in real life?
