did you look at the reply i gave to your other thread???
first of all let the on off alarm run with the doors closed and keep it running.
what happens is when the alarm sounds it will sound for about 10 secs but will still show on/off,if you turn off the power or open the door when this alarm is still showing then it adds another 1minute onto the alarm time and will always add a minute each time you turn off the power or open a door when the alarm is showing.
now to find out why it is happening...
once the alarm clears which may take a while but keep watching the machine, make sure the machine doesnt reset when the the lights are supposed to come on.
if the machine does reset then you have a faulty power supply.
if the machine powers up normally after the alarm clears and goes into attract mode, play it for a while (about an hour)and if it plays fine you should be okay.
any more questions pm me or stick a reply in the thread.

yeah make sure you got the machine turned off when you short the battery out,i.e on the main board there should be a green or blue battery with i plus and minus on it,grab it with a pair of pliers and hold them there for about 20 secs, let go the battery and then turn the power on.you should then have a ram error which clears all hopper levels and on/off errors, just like impact said.

but also clears all game data and returns your machine to the state it was in when it came out of the factory. i.e. dull as f*** to play for at least a good few quid anyway. Why don't u jst turn it on and leave it for a while and see if that helps? Put it onand watch telly or sumthin.
