The BBC News channel has just displayed images of the three women who have claimed that Sir Jimmy Savile interfered with them sexually.

They showed a current picture of each of the women, and a picture taken of each of them from the 1970s, when the abuse was supposed to have happened to them.

The caption read on their pictures:

“Now Then - Now Then - Now Then”!!!

i dont believe for one minute sir jimmy would such things, as for them waiting till hes departed up to come up with such foul claims is obsurd.

In all honesty, this is a joke, but the title makes it seem like a real headline originally, so I have edited it to say as much...

I was told this joke earlier - it made me chuckle very much.

I liked Jimmy Savile very much, but jokes are going to be inevitable since his death, and sadly stories are about him too.

But I still pissed myself laughing when I was told it!

Look at the last line of Daryl's post. Might that be something that Sir Jimmy used to say?

Maybe the joke would work better if it was 3 of his ex-girlfriends, instead of 3 people he abused. I still chuckled though!

I dont believe a single word of all these bullsh**t news storys about jimmy saville "molesting" young girls, Surely if it was true then these women would have done something about it by now, why in gods name have they sat around for thirty odd years waiting until he dies before standing up to pull the "pedo" ropes? And now the media is just feeding the empty gulible people silly storys as per..

Back in 70's it was acceptable for little girls to sit on mens laps etc, it wasnt frowned upon as much as it is today.

Under british law he is innocent until proven guilty and there is no other evidence that makes him a guilty man apart from these silly stupid attention seeking whores with gold on their minds.



And dont be fooled by esther rantzen either? She will do anything to gain a little bit of popularity.

A friend of mine was raped when she was 14 yrs old, unfortunatly she didnt tell any one and it has taken her till she was 44 yrs old to come to terms with it.

Coral, your comment makes me sick, i hope you NEVER have to deal with something so bad, and DARYL, I have respected you for along time but a cheap shot at a joke revolts me, sorry but its the way I see it. I DO NOT respect you now.

I haven't taken much interest in this revelation, but from what I heard on the news Saville was questioned by the police 5 years ago, so don't dismiss these womans claims as an after death accusation.
I'm sure during the "POP ERA" of the 60's and 70's a lot of star struck starry eyed girls were taken advantage of, and girls today are probably every bit as vunerable (but with less innocence)
I'm not saying Sir Jimmy is guilty, but don't judge a person because you either like or dislike him.
I have a friend who stood by Michael Jackson.. "He wouldn't do anything like that" but then again she was a big fan. However, when Mathew Kelly had an accusation thrown at him, she said "Oh Aye... definitely guilty... I've never liked him."

Shall I tell you something… all of YOU something?

I was raped when I was 13 years old by someone who was known to the family for many years, yes I was raped! Apparently my family also found out that the bloke we had known for a few years had a record, but in my day, it was suppressed and he had done it in the past to yto young children.

Now I could've either curled up and died, took insult to every single thing I here about abuse - or get on and choose to live my life...

I did the latter, and I decided to laugh in the face of others of the same kind who did this to me, and not let them win.

I really don't care if respect me or not Peter - I really don't give a f*** mate to be honest, but I will continue to do here what I have always done - have a laugh with the majority of members here who like a laugh back. Yes sometimes it is at the expense of people, whether they are dead or alive, and sometimes at my expense, but I really wanted to take issue with every thing that bothers me at this present moment in time, I would probably be dead.

I am NOT sorry I offended you in the slightest because my thread title says joke… You didn't have to read it at all.

Let me say though that I am sorry for the family member that was abused and raped - I can say personally that I DO have an inkling what she went through, as mentioned above… You never get over it, and never will.

If you don't like me or respect me anymore mate, report the thread, report me, and block me… I mentioned this thread was a joke!

As for liking me for a long time, you have only ever made 2 posts - and one of them is to criticise - get a life!

Do what you think fit - I really don't give a f*** anymore after these past few days with some members here - my time is precious, I can't be arsed with narrow-minded people!

Rape isnt something that should be joked about in my opinion, especially when it gets replys from the like of Coral, (Reply no 7) which to me are sick and he/she has never experienced such a thing (and I hope never does).

As for you Daryl, I am sorry that has happened to you in the past but that does not accept cheap shots at a joke regarding rape or other sexual crimes.

I bet you were the first to give everyone the Gary Glitter jokes, then if someone bites back then reply the same way.

Sir Jimmy Saville was questioned over sexual abuse but the cases were dropped because of lack of evidence......YES LACK OF EVIDENCE SO WHERE WERE THOSE WOMEN WHEN THEY HAD ALL THE EVIDENCE?
SURELY IF THE POLICE HAD A TIGER BY ITS TAIL THEM WOMEN WOULD HAVE MOVED IN FOR THE KILL OR THEY CAN SIT THERE WATCH HIM RELEASED BACK INTO THE WILD WHERE HE CAN ABUSE OTHER GIRLS?


Now how many more women are going to come forward with their rape claim storys? Am i now going to have to see one of these storys published in every sunday newspaper?

in my opinion its all about money. i mean why have the women come out the closset now a year after his death? i'll tell you why MONEY, as we all know the media tabloids thrive on stories and is what sells there papers. these women have come forward just to make a few quid.

I think many people have questioned why they have waited untill his death... and the fact that it's money wouldn't surprise me. At the end of the day, there won't be any justice for these people as he isn't here to defend himself, and they will just get the question everyone asks.... 'Why have you only come forward now??'

ive only just watched this doco crap sorry if i offend any1 here with wot im gonna say. if it is true.it sed it the doco a number off people witnessed this child abuse and the woman came 4ward a year after his dead so why didnt they go 2 the police when they saw it surely that will make the BBC and alot off the people who witness this a part off the crime? but wot i think i agree with alot off u on this y wait 30 odd years and then a year after he died to do anything thats wot bugs me. who's next to get blamed for abusing kids alan carr, noel edmonds, mr blobby,bungle zippy and george, so i think its lies about the great jimmy and i reckon these women made this up 4 money and 15 minutes off fame

I thought it seemed a bit odd that all of this came out the time after the guy had passed. Then again, I remember rumours of this nature about the guy at the time and on and off since.

Was he just creepy, or was he guilty as charged. I guess we'll never know. This sound recording:

is probably the nearest we'd get to any evidence and it's not exactly conclusive...

It it were proven somehow though, the BBC would have one heck of a civil case to answer as the world and his wife seem to be saying everyone knew what was going on...
