I'm guessing that for it to play on mobile phones it would need to be Java? Good thing with Java is that it's cross platform and can be contained within a website - bad news is I really doubt if the authors would be interested in such a move

u should change your name to mikey74, that'd be much better. I used to be a mike but since becoming a mikey i've been way more popular, i think it sounds cuter!!!!

Wouldn't mikey sound wrong considering the lovely lass is female

How about mikeysGF if you really want a mikey

anyway... what was the topic?
sorry... getting off track.
You probably could get a fruit machine through java, but it'd take a miricle.
there is NO chance of it looking as good as it does in here. do you realise how much coding that would take?
Good luck anyway

From memory, the Ngage is capable of something like 352x240. Problem with that is, considering most layouts are 1024x768, you couldn't really scale them down. Also, at that resolution and size, they would look appaling anyway.
A Java emulator is always a possibility [just look at stuff like Jasper, the Java Spectrum Emulator
] - but you need to find people willing to code it, and they won't do so unless they think it is worthwhile [not wanting to go off topic, but wasn't FME started purely as a money making exercise, or gaining tips on club machines?]

Considering eMame runs only Z80 roms and only a handful at a reasonable speed and quality, I reckon a version of MFME for such devices would be probably impossible. My old PII computer could only just manage a basic DX and most classics.
Would a nokia N-Gage be able to emulate a Pentium 2 with 256mb of memory? If it does, just get someone to create a PC emulator for the N-Gage instead and run MFME via that as thats what my old compy was.
