i have been having a problem whe nentering this site
if i go to read a post in the forum from the homepage clickiing on the topic title, it loads up the topic easily enough but then when i have finished and click back it takes me back to the homepage but 2 hours earlier I think it said the last post was 13:45 losing all the new posts
has anyone else had a similar problem or is my computer f***ed up??

Its pretty normal.
When you click back your opening the cached data on your machine. rather than click back click home or the fruit emu logo at the top of the screen.
