Spose it was only a matter of time , the artists who own the copyright material have been going back and forward to the courts for years over this.

The ISP's under court orders dont really have a choice , but it certainly wont be the end of the matter , data protection acts for the consumer , etc .. it will still be under debate for years to come probably.
Mmmmmm...Sandy ive 'ad her ye know. :)

it just forces stuff underground , sites like this (obviously this is legit) but you know what I mean its very cheap to get a VPS and start a website , they just wont be advertised like TPB people in the know will find these sites , its like with the upload sites the big ones have changed how they work and the little ones take there place , as for them knowing what you download you could just download torrent or what not via virtual server then download to your pc
What they havnt realised is in say the 70s 80s even 90s copies were rare (not talking pc here) the reason being is to make copies was expensive , now we can pick up cds dvds whatever and they are cheap and easy to make so why would we want to pay top price , times change so called stars can no longer make millions from cds ect so they have to do other stuff , I mean you cant download a live concert ( i know you could but its not the same as being there)
Well the great minds who control all this have got an idea make every film 3D lol
A better plan is dual release at cinema + internet + dvd would stop a lot of people using copies but the longer they leave it the better cameras are getting and soon if not already youll get HD copies
Also consider this if brad pit doesnt get paid what is actually going to happen ? no more films ? well no because some of the best films are low budget and some of the worst tripe comes out of hollywood I think they have some software that auto generates rom-com scripts
same could be said for games ect , weve all played copied games and speaking from personal experience have bought the good ones ,
Music we all used to record the charts on our C90s and the industry survived
Now lets take another view that piracy cost millions complete shite , let me explain
People who can afford will buy films music ect people who pirate cant afford so if they couldnt download they would just go without so no loss whatsoever, I have a friend who lives in tunisia he needs all the money he gets to support his family but he still wants to watch wolverine, lets put ti this way Ive have never seen a pop star begging for money or standing in a strike line I have seen them on the TV spending millions though , look at me fully trained and qualified and no work
piracy FTW :)

well yes this is true as well but If you have the attitude that you should get everything for free then maybe you deserve a knock on your door
Personally If its good ill buy it , but like I said most the films are crap and are written from a master script i.e all the fu**ing same s*it and dont deserve any money , and dont get me started on the music business , games also seem to be getting more and more similar ,I remember the good ol days of the bitmap brothers now they where good games
But it does stem from the problem that we can do this stuff now ie download burn dvd , imagine if we could print money so its not our fault completely , someone prints fake money they fix the money so it is harder to copy , the protection they have on DVDs and pc games is laughable and is a complete fail if they fixed this then they would get there money trouble is there lazy and got used to earning billions from doing very little just because they had the monopoly
Take a coal delivery driver in the 50s he made lots of money now no one wants his coal cause they have gas , so what we should just keep giving the coal man money ? no he needs to retrain
make a cd.dvd that cant be copied is the first step , second step is new technology ie HD2 again makes it harder for the average dvd dealer to keep up And the final step is this dont release something to burn the disks so only they have the technology , its like releasing new currency and a home printer that is capable of printing perfect copies makes no sense unless they want piracy ,bit like the war on drugs surely better to sell them drugs and police it but what we know mere minions
