is the a icq chat room that i can goto using mirc32 or something simlar

Yes ABEMisc is still running and running very well. You will need a good usenet provider (you will probs get a crap one with your ISP) and a newsreader. Use Xnews or Agent etc for this.

As for chatrooms using MIRC there are #mpumecca and #freefme to choose from both on sorcerynet.
