In today's market, you can expect between £40 and £60. They are classic machines and hard to get parts for these days as most companies like Bell Fruit, Barcrest and Red Gaming produce the machines today. If all sounds and lights are in full working order, you may get £70 at a push.

Basically any machine that is complete with minimal wear and tear is worth £40 / £50 in parts.

This machine here is based on Barcrest's MPU4 MOD4 hardware, so getting parts should not be a problem.

Normal suspects to the machine not working, I would start with the on-board battery which has probably leaked and needs removing ASAP!

The PSU, the fuse holders are well known for failing (Especially the 34v one), along with the two main large caps poss seen better days, so will need looking at.

Probs best to pop over to the Mecca if you need advice with any repairs, and also contacting Alex (aaamusements) for a replacement MPU4 battery (Varta 2.4v, 3-pin), link to which is in my sig.
