Hello it's been quite a while since I had my own machine :)
Just got a gimme gimme gimme machine and I am looking for helpful information please.

It has a lumina note acceptor which flashes with the green arrows but refuses to accept any notes,
I have tryed the reset dip 6 trick to no avail. It takes notes and spits them back out within 2 seconds.
Is there a dip setting on the mpu5 board I need to set?
The bloke I bought the machine off said he'd never used it. I suppose it's not the end of the world if I cant get it working
but little things like this niggle me lol.

I have read that the lumina is not popular at the best of times because of fraud but it's only going to be used in my house
so no worrys there.

Many thanks in advance

Stuart.

Yes that is a possibility. Seems to make the right noises maybe I will remove and clean up.
Is there supposed to be something showing during boot up of machine to mention notes?

Thats the funny bit had no mention on screen about note acceptor.
I am wondering if there is a dip on mpu too.
Another thing is I was trying to enter test mode but not able to
Have pressed the test button twice as it says in service manual
but all i seem to get is like freeplay mode where it gives either £15 credit or £5 credit???
There is also mentioned a second test switch below reels but I can't see 1 anywhere lol
