I cannot get this to play, when i start it the cashpot is showing SEt and i cannot press anything.
Any help?

This is a pre MFME release and only works under the MPU 3/4 Emulator, avaliable in the downloads section (Emulators)

There was an updated version released.
If you use MPU v8.75 to run that version it will be mute. Harvey updated his classic in early January after MFME was released on Christmas day with Yamaha sound support.
So there is a fully working version with sound out there somewhere.

Pook is right - the file you are looking for is called
