I have been recommended to ask you experts for advice on a problem with the coin mech on my bell fruit fruit machine. Ive identified the coin mech is a Mars Cashflow 9524. The problem im having is £1s arent been routed into the bottom cashbox once the hopper is full (£350 because it has a note acceptor). I have made sure the hopper is full manually using the hopper dump and top up switches and by inserting the coiins individually with the refill key to make sure the machine knows it is full but still £1 coins inserted continue to be routed to the hopper.
Now im no expert and ive googled abit and found the guide that supposedly tells you how to program this coin mech to teach which route certain coins should take and what type of route, i.e primary, secondary etc but still the £1 coins take the wrong route into the hopper.
Has anyone had any experience with these coin mechs or seen this problem before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like either incorrect or no routing plug is fitted possibly. Fits in just above the dip swithes on the mech.

Would I Be Corrent In Saying The Hoppers Work .. On A Weight System
Ie When Hopper Is Full It Pushes On A Button Under The Storage Container & Diverting Pounds Further Down ??
Ive Seen It Before But Different Brand Of Machine .. Just Make Sure Its Free To Drop Down & Ensure The Button Has A Suttle Click
