Hey what's up,

My first ever thread on Fruit-Emu.. :) I wanted to see if any y'all can keep a look out in stores / online-stores for Logitech Z-10 speakers, Mine have recently broke and I want to replace them so bad no other speakers will compare.. I think they've only been discontinued for around several months to a year so hoping there's still at least one kicking about somewhere.

I've emailed Logitech to request a retail stockist but they seem to be ignoring me.. Doe's anyone know when items get discontinued if store's are no longer permitted to sell them due to warranty's etc or weather they recall the products back from big retailers I found one from a reseller / trader @Play.com but it recently sold before I managed to buy it. I'm so mad I figured since it was a Friday & I was dealing with Logitech returns that I'd wait to see if they'd defiantly refund me the moneys before purchasing the speakers but now they've sold out & I learn the item was discontinued so finding it really hard to find for sale. Stupidly I shared with Logitech the speaker listing in an attempt to speed things up. They where happy to do a warranty exchange but make me jump through hoops for a refund so I wanted to reassure I just wanted replacements not cash.. I have a feeling Logitech bought their own speakers.. ?

But yah I've checked market places such as play, ebay, ebuyer, amazon, google shopping and various other outlets aswell as target & best buy in America lol.

or failing that.. doe's anyone know if they could be repaired ? cost effective.. I don't feel comfortable shipping them around the country & don't really want to be had by the local's. I think it's related to the amplifier / bass inside the right LED display speaker.. the sound doe's not sound right & vibrates the side panel it's not related to grounding issues & the left speaker is working fine.

Thanks

its just a pair of speakers ?

i either listen through a pair of JVC headphones.. (which is connected to.. ) or listen via the digital connection to my jvc rx-888r amp.

that said, and stereo speakers should do?

As Nails said... Its only a pair of speakers, and although members on here are quick to help when they can, I don't think anyone will bother looking the internet for speakers when you can quite easily Goggle the make yourself.
One question, you say yours have recently broke.... Speakers don't normally fail as a pair except under exceptional circumstances which can usually be traced to a fault elsewhere, so what exactly has happened? Are both faulty...no sound ...distorted sound.. did you perform the cardinal sin of trying to add speakers to your existing system.
I ask because i would not like you to buy a new pair just for them to blow.

these are interactive speakers, touch screen with LED display. but I like the overall appearance of the speakers. Some just look dam right ugly. No only the right LED display speaker is faulty.. I haven't done anything or added anything to them they came out the box & never touched or messed with since..

I think the problem is related to the AMP & Bass. It's an on and off problem but I think that it's their per mentally it's just when I turn my music up its a problem.. I had thought I lost complete sound in 1 side but I may have mistaken lol after editing Crazy fruits layout it altered my wav sound & mono/stereo in master turning the speakers down & to one side.

Edit: And I didn't expect people to out their way.. just keep a look out like a 2second search on an online retail outlet or something

Hm, Price is a bit steep for 'used', I picked mine up new for £52.88 and the one on play.com was £49.99 new. I'll email the seller for further information thanks
