how many members here play unreal tornament 2004?

if there is enough of us (say 12ish), does anybody fancy forming a fruit emu ut04 team?

I play call of duty mostly but i will pretty much play any FPS... i used to play quake and quake 2 a lot (to the point of finishing 5th in a uk wide tourney some years back) so im always up for some other fps challenge.

If we have any Cod players here let me know if your interested in joining a clan or even if your in one setting up for a pcw..

u can download a free demo off most unreal sites for free.

it allows u to play 1 "onslaught" level on line. (torlan)

download it, get hooked, buy the game and ill cu there!!

got the demo and u can count me in if ur getting a clan together m8 f*****g loved the game will get it this weekend aint played unreal 4 years forgot how good it was

if u ave non legit copy try finding a patch for online and if it works can u tell me m8 cos i will get it on copy and save about £35 lol

You can play online using a cracked/copied version of the game, but you can only play if one of your mates/members on here is running a server on their computer AND the tick box for ADVERTISE SERVER is not ticked, then the master server isnt informed you are playing an illegal game!! DO NOT USE ANY game patch updates for the game, or it stops it working.

It is OK to use the NO-CD/DVD patch though, but DONT update the game using an official game patch (eg from Version xxx to xxx from the www.unrealtournament2.com site, or the online play hack dont work.

As long as you click on LAN, then Open IP, enter IP addy of person who is hosting the game, then click OK, it works fine!

BTW, ive got the original of the game, my mate uses the above method to play online with me in DM and ONS levels.

ive given 3 of my friends copies of my ut04 (dvd) and we all manage to play online at the same time even though we have all updated with the offical patches and works fine. havnt found any need to change any settings. also if u update to the latest patch from atari, u dont need a cd/dvd in ur drive to run the game.
