My computer will not let me delete the Spotted Dick folder, even if its empty.

Keeps saying "cannot read from source file or disk"

Anyone know why this is ? i've never experienced anything like this before.

Try restarting your computer because when you have been playing the machine it might not of closed properly and the files maybe in use and your computer wont let you delete, modify or move them.

MFME may have crashed, pressed ctrl alt del, then go to processes and look for MFME.exe and then click end process.
