What have you done to alter it..........this looks the same as flyers......in fact it still has his name on it?

I think you've missed the point there Jnr.
Someone has already gone through all the hard work to make the rom and you wanna rub their name out and release it as your own ???
Me thinks you need to try a bit harder but definatly 7.5/10 for trying..

8O The idea is not to just add your name and release it. Someone has spent hours on that.
The idea is, if you see an Emu and you feel you are able to alter it, DX it etc....... then the nice thing to do is ask the authors permission first then add some of your own time to recreate it....

Just spoken to Jnr and he has acted in totally good faith....
Bottom Line is................
It appears he has bought some kind of CD from an auction site and honestly tried to help the Emu scene by uploading 2 machines before Fruit-Emu staff asked him what he was doing with previously released Machines.....
luckily no Empire machines were uploaded so no harm done, all I can ask is the authors of the 2 uploads don't give him a hard time, i'm sure duplu, wozza will act on these uploads when they are made aware.

The uploads can only be removed by Duplu & Wozza.
This will be addressed as soon as the visit their site. For fruit-Emu I can only say sorry and the matter WILL be resolved ASAP.
Again the uploader has been told.

It seems in all honesty that you weren't to know mate.
As to the matter of the question that you brought the CD from an auction site, who one earth is downloading layouts and roms and then selling them on CDs? :x :-(

Thats true daryl, the matter is 'in-hand' .
It's a shame that this has happened, then again it's lucky it was pook and flyer who are understanding, and they know it'll be rectified.
