Is there a decent one? or they just all robbing c***s?

We are trying to sell our house (get out of mansfield for me f*****g hate the place) for me id love to move back to Leamington Spa - but its too bloody expensive but out of mansfield/nottinghamshire is good

We were with burchell edwards to sell the house - who were total $&%# for various reasons,(including the estate agent saying we aint had much interest even tho he showed someone around the house across the road right after our house) oh and along with thier rip off £2000 selling fee (for an estate agent to stand in our front room fuss our cat while WE showed the person around)

anyone else had any good experiences with estate agents or recomend a good un

Hi Johnnyafc, Yes mate, they are robbing bastards that still doesnt guarantee to sell your property for top money.you might have more luck selling your place online independently matey.google it up as i think there are websites you can add to- for a fraction of the price bud.i hope this helps
