Several people have reported problems signing in, here's not the ideal solution but it'll allow you in (I hope).

Obviously you are here now, but mabey next time you encounter trouble it may be the answer.

Can we have some feeback on it please guys

1. Alter the skin to Basic

2. Use the 'sign-in' button, not the FB or Twitter One

3. Enter Username and Password as normal.

Works fine here Ady..instead of having to log-in twice with the #10139 error happening the first time..

Only thing is when you navigate away from the site and back to it it reverts back to the Surface skin..not really a prob though switching it back to Basic...
Mmmmmm...Sandy ive 'ad her ye know. :)

I formatted my computer the other day and had to do the signing in on all the forums, and to be honest I did have a bit of a trek getting signed in onto Fruit Emu. I had to sign in on a different page to allow my usaername and password to be accepted, not the page that the site opens up on, if that makes sense! ;)

Managed it anyhow, and I keep my cookies open so I don't keep having to sign in. :)

TBH, I wished that this site would use a better default skin, without all the added faff, which the basic skin does, and not have the "surface" skin run as default.

Every time I clear cookies (Which is often, as part of the house cleaning I do on my comps), I have to mess about with the skin, before I sign in, as the surface skin just confuses the hell out of me, and makes things a pain to find.

On the Mecca, I don't get that problem, yet it uses the same forum software.

I have to agree with you stan....the Basic in my opinion is so much better.

Thirded...would it be much hassle to change the default skin to Basic Duplu..cos like Stan as part of my daily routine is to delete all history..temp internet files..temp files..cookies etc..and that reverts it back to surface skin.

I know its no much hassle altering it to Basic yourself but laziness and convienience (spelling) on my part would it much easier with the sign in.
