been looking for the roms for these 2 fruit machines for ages (about 2 years) can anyone tell me where to get them or if they even exist yet please please please reply soon

No emulators have yet been made to play Scorpion 4 or MPU5.
So whether the roms are available or not, they cannot be played without no emulator to support them.
Read through the forums for layouts, roms and emulators that are available. You will find there are quite a lot of game layouts to play, without worrying too much about playing the "new" techs.
