91 00 Control Illegal Mode ILL MODE ERR
91 01 Control No Mode Matched MODE MACH ERR
91 02 Control Mode Changed MODE CHNG ALM
Suspect your Stakes/prize key may be set incorrectly.

Probably means bad stake and prize setting. Make sure there is a stake and prize key in the machine firstly, and if it's a variable key, then the machine might not be able to accommodate certain stake and prize settings...for instance, 5p play £35 Jackpot. You should have a manual with the machine that tells you what stakes the machine can be set to

Runtime error 91 - object with block variable not set - schoolboy error by the developer, or you need to reinstall. OR you need to be mroe specific as to the occurence.
