Hi,

Is anyone aware of any emulations that will work on a netbook with a display resolution of 1024 x 600 , the majority are either 1024 x 768 or higher which wouldnt display properly on a netbook. Or if anyone is aware of any plans to support netbooks would be grateful to hear from you.

Kieran

hi kieran, i might be wrong, but im sure that if you use MFME v3.2 there is a resize option and there are many many layouts that do run in 3.2 however, im not too sure if the same applies when used on a netbook sorry i cant help further, but im sure someone else will advise you better :)

Yes you are right cashbox, if you use the emulator MFME3 you can resize your layouts within the Preferences part of the emulator - you have got to bear in mind though that MFME3 does not run the more modern fruities, such as MPU5 and Scorpian 4, but runs most of the other emulated techs though. :)

By the way, the BFMulator and layouts for it also enables a scroll in the game so as you can see the top and bottom part of the game you are playing - ideal if you are playing a Scorpion 2 layout with a feature board at the top of the machine. :)
