Well thats a real shame is that as it's a great machine.Never heard of one running but no lamps work lol.If you could "throw a light on it", it would work.
We've got the roms, mate, but none of the lamps work on the emulator. Haven't got a clue why either. There shouldn't be any particular reason why it wouldn't work; it just doesn't.

EAST EAST SOUTH SOUTH SOUTH on the £6 version on Amazon Adventure will give £5, other than that every other route seems to pay a quid

Does the game actually run then? Just no lamps? If that is the case, there might be a way of hacking the roms to fix the issue.
