just got this reply from them, i so angry!!

Hello Andy,

Thank you for contacting Zynga Customer Support.

After reviewing your account, I am unable to restore your claimed chips due to a violation on your account.

I have provided the violation below for your convenience:

Zynga has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate such Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and Zynga shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights.

Transfers of Virtual Currencies and Virtual Goods are strictly prohibited except where explicitly authorized within the Service. Outside of the game, you may not buy or sell any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods for "real world" money or otherwise exchange items for value. Any attempt to do so is in violation of these Terms and may result in a lifetime ban from Zynga Service and possible legal action.

If you have recently received a message that you are already connected to a server or any other unexpected experiences signing in, please clear your cache and change your passwords now.

Please be sure to collect your winnings before leaving the table, and always click the Go to Lobby button when leaving a table. Also, remember to always log out of your social network account. We strongly recommend that you change your password now and regularly change it every few months.

I'm very sorry for the disappointment, Andy. Please be sure to follow our Terms of Service for uninterrupted game play.

:realmad:

At least you get a real response lol i would suggest just to leave it and carry on as your will never get round to them.

I have up to 5 zynga accounts all legal as they are from different networking sites. I have had a few emails and have never clicked on them its just common sense not to. I did get a warning on one account because a friend was sending me chips. Both got on a table with just me n her and she folded which gave me the chips. I did the same on another account which then got deleted. They have problems with there servers as I'm always getting a message saying i have been disconnected from the server please reload the page and try again.

It didnt click on any of them emails lol they just suspended my account. I won a 40mill pot and took 20 mill from one person and that was all of his chips, so i can only assume that he has reported me saying i have hacked his account etc.

They can look up to see how his chips was lost just like fe they can see where you logged in from on every log in so cant see how he can say you stole his chips.

I Dont know i have asked them how i violated there terms of use and all i get is the same reply. we have reviewed your account and the suspensions stand, you can reinstate your account with 10% of your chips stack back upto maximum of 1,000,000.

The funny thing is, is when i go to reinstate my account i cant, it just says its being reviewed and will take 72 hours. that was 3 weeks ago lmao.

Iv started a new account on my other profile, the only thing im annoyed about is, all the challenges i had completed etc.
